Meet the Team
Jeremy Feinberg, Owner
Jeremy Feinberg is the President and Founder of Motion Forward Technologies (MFT). Jeremy previously worked as CFO at a value-added reseller of technology solutions to the Federal government.
Major accomplishments while at ClearShark include overseeing the company’s spin-off of its services division, the acquisition of FedBiz IT Solutions, LLC and the sale of ClearShark to Optiv in March of 2023. Prior to working at ClearShark, Jeremy was a partner in a CPA firm. His areas of concentration included corporate tax planning, business valuations, mergers & acquisition consulting and quality of earnings analysis.
Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Franklin & Marshall College and his MBA from American University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Jeremy is on the Board of Directors for CoreShark H2O and Gray Hat Academy.
Bryce Gannon, President
Bryce Gannon graduated in 2005 from Roanoke College in Virginia with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
After graduating, Bryce moved to Charlotte NC to pursue a career in the Medical Device industry where he managed multi state territories. His likeness for sales and customer interaction led him to the world of IT and Cyber Security. He started his IT career as an Inside Sales Manager supporting multiple civilian agencies. He worked with NASA, FBI, Navy and the Departments of Energy, Justice and Interior. He was then promoted to Account Manager where he focused his efforts on growing the Civilian markets and partner relationships.
Bryce’s goal is to build a company with a bottom-up approach that allows us to spend time with our customers. He knows the culture and good people make a company successful. In his free time, he enjoys time with his wife Emily, 3 children and 2 dogs.
Andrew Callan, CTO
Andrew graduated as an electrical engineer in New Zealand after spending time developing and maintaining industrial control systems for large international clients. His move into cyber security brings a rare combination of expertise in both of these fields that has been massively beneficial to clients across the Federal Civilian space. Andrew’s energetic approach to helping customers and his ability to analyze competing technologies with consideration to customer environments has established him as a true trusted advisor to many Federal agencies.
Andrew aims to provide help to customers spanning many verticals in IT, from data and networking to infrastructure and cybersecurity. Through detailed research into established and emerging technologies he provides complete and bespoke solutions to customer requirements. In his free time he enjoys walking his dogs, spending time with his family and travel.
Terry Dunlap, Strategic Advisor
As a strategic advisor to Motion Forward Technologies, Terry Dunlap brings a wealth of experience and expertise honed over decades of pushing the boundaries of cybersecurity and technology. Terry’s journey began with a passion for exploration, epitomized by an early encounter with technology that led to a fateful arrest at 17 for hacking with a Commodore 64 and a 300 baud US Robotics modem.
Undeterred by setbacks, Terry embarked on a remarkable trajectory that saw achievements such as obtaining a top-level security clearance with the US Government in 2001 and engaging in offensive cyber operations with the US National Security Agency by 2002. Recognizing the need for innovative solutions in the evolving cybersecurity landscape, Terry founded Tactical Network Solutions in 2007 to provide cutting-edge offensive cyber capabilities.
